You see, here in Orlando, there is an unbelievable amount of places to go and things to do. I expected to see mostly tourists at Medieval Times but actually there were quite a lot of locals there with groups or celebrating special occasions. No real danger is conveyed so kids should enjoy the excitement of the match. There’s a falcon that performs tricks for you, and of course, the jousting. The knights play to the crowd, the horses are gorgeous and it’s awesome to watch them and the stunts their riders do. They really do know how to entertain you. So be prepared to dig in! Tomato soup, rotisserie style chicken and sides and cake for dessert.īut this experience really isn’t about the food, it’s about the show. The food is simple, in keeping with idea of medieval fare, and served with no utensils. You pay extra for booze and tip for your wait staff at the end of the meal.īefore you go in to the show, you mill around in a waiting area with several bars for ordering drinks, (lots of souvenir cups!) The price for dinner and the show is $63 for adults, $37 for kids (3-12) it includes non-alcoholic drinks. They make a special announcement listing anyone celebrating a special event by name, something that kids in particular might get a real kick out of.
